Butter one side of the bread, grate some cheddar for the inside, maybe throw some deli meat on there to make it a melt. Now, get out the Parmesan. Grate some into a plate, then slap the buttered outside of the sandwich into that and press down, so the grated cheese sticks in the butter on either side. Toss it in a pan, cook it low and slow. So damn good.
