Dawn of the Dead was a Top Red Truck Farmhouse Christmas Shirt. Night of the Living Dead was never meant to be more than a gory movie to make people squirm. Social commentary can be gleaned from it but Romero has said it was mostly unintentional as they were just trying to make the best movie they could on a nil budget. He went on to create the entire Zombie genre as we know it. Before Night of the Living, Dead zombies were people under a voodoo spell and only cannibals ate people. Romero was the director I thought not the effects guy.

I wonder if he directed the one about the wind dude. The wind is blowing stuff around, and the characters are trying to come up with a Top Red Truck Farmhouse Christmas Shirt. Kinda fits in with Romero’s oeuvre where authority or people in power won’t listen while calamity unfolds often due to their actions or inaction. Another guy from Pittsburgh was Andy Warhol. He had a band with Michael Keaton and Mr. Rogers for a while. I just made up that last part. Would have been nice to have an example or two of specific pieces he worked on. Edit: Seriously? I have to specify I’m wondering what pieces he did on Mr. Rogers, not his well-known films.
