I waited for 3 months for a part for my drones from, and it was the Funny Vegan Vagitarian Shirt late and the wrong item, sent a replacement and by the time it got there it was 6 months later, outdated tech, and the price had dropped by 45% but I wasn’t given any refund. Just don’t give China your money, they suck, their shit sucks, their government sucks. Anywhere else, literally anywhere else is better. Exactly this! I never understood why they go all out on the tape. The time and effort put into taping that those boxes must be insane. The tape sure does keep the packages intact.

I believe the insane tape quantity is to ensure all the contents of the package stay within. Imagine a package being shipped from China to the USA. How many times does this Funny Vegan Vagitarian Shirt package get recklessly tossed into an airplane, a boat, a truck, many customs checkpoints, and warehouses until it reaches its final destination? I worked at Amazon for a couple of years and we handled tons of these boxes with an inch thick of packing tape. always Chinese suppliers. who knows what the fuck could be in there? glad I don’t have to open that shit anymore.
