I mean, I agree, but it’s still blatant false advertising. Just adding to Nice Yes I Really Do Need All These Bunnies Shirt the fact that the scams aren’t a problem of “misleading” the buyer. It’s straight-up lying. My sister-in-law enjoys buying the cheapest possible crap from Amazon for my kids. I totally know what you mean. It looks bad, it lasts 5 seconds, and it’s so not worth it. Yea my point was it wasn’t cheap and was far from the implied product. That’s what I think the point of this unpopular opinion is. I wouldn’t have even known it was crap if my brother in law hadn’t told me, maybe she doesn’t know.

My reject rate on AliExpress is less than 2% spread across tens of thousands of dollars spent there. That’s better than I do on Amazon because my expectations are set realistically before I order. I view buying online from a place like AliExpress I maintain the same expectations that I would with anything I bought at a dollar store. Added risk though as at least at the dollar store you physically feel the garbage you’re about to buy.
